Excellent. Time spent for the 65,000 mile service was on time. My 2005 Lexus RX still runs great. No need to buy another. I recommend the dealer highly.

Oil Change Tony Tortiola was my service rep. He was courtesy and friendly. The wait was a little over an hour and he said about 90 min. They also ask if I want a free car wash and I did. There waiting room is first class with coffee and snacks. They also make you feel like you are important to them.
