5 Star Service A small amount of back and forth as there seems to always be with buying a new car, but not bad at all. Told them what I wanted and that's what I got. Wife is super happy with her RX and I was happy with how smooth the process was.

Oil Change Tony Tortiola was my service rep. He was courtesy and friendly. The wait was a little over an hour and he said about 90 min. They also ask if I want a free car wash and I did. There waiting room is first class with coffee and snacks. They also make you feel like you are important to them.
