Always a good experience This is my four Lexus, purchased at this dealership, so obviously I’m a happy customer. Recently had my first service on my 2019 NX 300. A little apprehensive about Social Distancing, but they had seating areas set up outside, so it wasn’t a problem at all. Was in and out in an hour. My Sales Rep. Bob King recently retired. Approachable and friendly at neighborly pace From the inquiry phone call to the in-person buying process, Ed Lee and the other agents and staff at Lexus of Tacoma who initially answered the call to route to sales were friendly and accommodating.
