Outstanding Took car in for recall repair. They have doughnuts and a variety of coffees and they topped off my gas. It doesn’t get better than that.
Outstanding Service, every single time! I'm 65 and have owned cars since I was 16, which is to say I've had lots of experience with dealerships and their service operations. NONE have compared to that provided by this Lexus dealership. I bought my Lexus from them and return there exclusively for servicing my (great) car. Their people are off-the-charts professional and friendly (shout out to Johnny!) and, among many outstanding qualities, I greatly appreciate that they don't try to sell me something I don't need (or want).
