Service on my 2010 RX 350 Johnny Majors is very good at his job and I look for him every time I need service. This is my second vehicle I've bought from this dealer and I have nothing more to say then great service and I've never have had a problem at all. Very satisfied.

Passenger side airbag recall Johnny (service writer) was very courteous, and friendly. He provided me with a very nice loaner to use while awaiting for the completion of the recall. The service was A-1 through the entire event.
Exceptional Service Had an oil change and the campaign service completed on my 2017 RX 350. All were completed as promised. The dealership and the customer waiting area are all exceptional.
