Came in to look but ended up buying the car of my. We had a great experience buying our NX300h from David. Although we went on our test drive with Alex who was very knowledgeable about our new vehicle. Both salesmen were kind, respectful and helpful in answering all of our questions. Service department Being an owner of a Lexus and Audi, I am always impressed by the service and amenities offered by Lexus. Hands down no comparison to the Audi service dept. The excellent service, comfortable lounge area, the food and refreshments offered for waiting customers is top notch. Audi could learn a thing or two from Lexus. In fact, I'm strongly considering trading in my Audi A6 for new ES-350! Keep up the good work, Lexus!!
Above and beyond I brought my Lexus in for a recall and the customer service was outstanding they had me in and out within minutes with a rental card they finished my vehicle two hours earlier than they said they were going to and when I picked up my vehicle the gas tank was completely full and my car was washed. Seriously unheard-of customer service the gentleman I dealt with Jon was very friendly very efficient and made the process very easy!
Stellar as usual 210,000 mile service for our 2006 RX440h hybrid went well and fast as usual. Always a treat to get a brand new RX as a loaner car.
