Service appointment I always have a great experience at this service department. I still am not happy that my drivers side door speaker is not duplicating the distorted sound for them. This has been my complaint since I have had the car. Just replace the speaker if you would like me to buy my next Lexus from you like I would like to. The loaner car was very nice to have. Great experience buying a car I was most impressed by the salesman, Matt Wyngate. Who was very good through the whole buying process. I took time to decide what I wanted and he kept in touch occasionally but he didn't make me feel pressured. He was a good listener and I felt he was being helpful.
