Friendly staff Took my Lexus in for something covered by the warranty. Dave Easterday who is sales staff struck up a conversation with me and offered to help me with my voice recognition issues that I griped to him about. He spent 45 minutes with me on his own personal time explaining how things worked in the vehicle even though he was “off the clock.” I’ll buy my next Lexus from him.
