Goes off by accident and cannot shut it off. Light keeps me awake at night! I do not wear it into the shower, because it is too big for my wrist.

Worst company that I ever dealt with. I ordered the service and called back to ask a question. I was told that my order had been cancelled. I requested that it be reinstated. My credit card had already been charged and then then the charge was reversed. I called back to request that the order be canceled and was told that it would be. Another useless company that promises you the moon then doesnt deliver. Bought a gps plan that they said would work in my area and it does not. cant get of hold of customer service will have to start a credit card fraud report.
I do not ever do this, however I felt that this information is to important to share. I was speaking with a representative of Lifestation about the needs of my parents. I let them know that they are the first company I was calling as I have only just gotten my parents to agree to look into a device. I purchased their Emergency monitoring device and paid extra for the Fall option. They charged me for the unit and I had it for 3 months. Monthly, starting in the beginning they charged me a month fee of $33.95. When I received the unit, I was told to "test" it which I did and got confirmation that it had been tested.
