My mom has had LifeStation for a while now, and its been great for my peace of mind. The response time is always quick when we've tested it, which was our main concern. It was also really easy to set up, my mother completed it herself the day it arrived.Customer service is always pleasant to deal with. All of their **** are knowledgeable and very professional. Overall, its worked the way we hoped it would and hasnt given us any issues.

I have been using LifeStation for two years and very satisfied. I recently had to call and get my watch replaced. It would not reboot. I have used it once when I got dizzy and by myself and right away the fire department arrived and then the ambulance arrived to take me to the hospital. My nephew was out of town so it was used for the reason you wear it. Very worth while.

This is not the first medical alert company I have contracted with, but they are by far the best i have been with. Their equipment is superior to any of their competitors but equally important is their customer support staff, outstanding!

Goes off by accident and cannot shut it off. Light keeps me awake at night! I do not wear it into the shower, because it is too big for my wrist.

Have had the service for years. They have always been there whenever my parents have needed assistance.
NEVER received either device. HOURS spent on phone trying to get this corrected and then TRYING to just cancel. STILL trying to **** us saying "we cannot cancel until you return the device". WHAT DEVICE!!!?? Money down the drain - essentially I PAID THEM TO HARASS myself and my father about activating NON EXISTANT devices, requesting payment for ZERO service and HOURS trying to cancel!!!! HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND. They won't even refund the account setup fee... ROBBERY.
Devices are worthless, I have used their Medical Alert device for over 10 years and have replaced with a newer model along the way. My issue is it doesn't work. If I press the button, it will work. Over the past year I fell onto hardwood floors over 14 times. Most of the time the device even hit the hardwood floor, but it never went off.
