Life Station is an extremely reliable company. Several times our alarm was set off by our error. They immediately contacted us for assistance. On one occasion the button was pressed accidentally and EMS was at the door in minutes, as well as a notification of each of our family members. When we go on vacation, it is very simple for me to change to our temporary address. All of the support personnel who answer the phones are great to interact with. I highly recommend Life Station !

Easy to set up. I called when I got my lockbox and watch. The associate was very helpful setting up my devices. He was patient and courteous. LifeStation was recommended by my cousin who has heart problems. His device has saved him several times already. I would recommend them to anyone living alone.

I got LifeStation for my dad and even though he is getting older and dealing with many chronic conditions, he still likes to be on the go. With LifeStation I know he's safe and has access to help when he needs it. Plus I can check in on him easily.

When you call and talk to the representative they are polite, and not pushy. Their main id to inform you on what is available and understand that you want to "shop around" My representative was very helpful and advised me on what question to ask when "shopping".
