I placed an order. Stayed on the phone with someone by the name of Frankie. Awaiting confirmation email and decided to call back because I hadn’t received it (next day). Was told my order was cancelled and no one had the common courtesy to call me. My order was canceled but my card was charged . The harass you with back to back calls and voicemails only to end up not servicing you . A pure waste of time
If the system is not needed anymore-it’s difficult to cancel and you have to fight for a refund because they keep charging after you cancel and return equipment. Be sure you watch your account if you cancel as they will keep charging month after month. Very unsatisfied with the process.
RecommendedIn 2024 my elderly mother was provided with LifeStation, at no cost, by her health insurance provider and there were NO PROBLEMS...but that quickly changed when in 2025 she needed to pay a monthly fee for the service. We received notification, via a phone call and also with a red alert showing on her LifeStation console, that her button (necklace) needed to be replaced so a new one was sent to her.
