I was a happy customer a couple of years ago; then my health insurance changed and the new health insurance did not cover the cost so I let the equipment to go back. Two years later now, not only am I a little older but also living in a remote area, I immediately thought of Life Station. Healthspring covers everything except the actual monitoring feed. My husband was using Life Station when we moved. 2 days after we moved to new house he fell, fracturing his pelvis and socket in right hip. Was in nursing home for two and a half months so I suspended service untill he came home. In the meantime the unit was lost and when I called to reinstate service I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing efficiency I received in getting back such good service. Thanks to your wonderful staff
