Technician Mike Underwood was on time polite and knowledgeable. Lifetime worked me in there busy schedule to fix a simple problem. I will use them from now on.
I wanted a second opinion and safety inspection after being told by my usual service provider that my gas fireplace needed a new gasket, and I should not use it. After 5 months that included a power outage when I really needed it, I got tired of waiting for the new gasket. We had Lifetime come out to replace our gas furnace and to install a gas :within 2 hours. Nick explained how everything worked and showed us how to change filters, etc. They left everything clean and removed all packing materials as well as the old units. They did a great job! Within a few days we decided that the color of the surround on the fireplace was a little dark. We called Lifetime, they ordered a different surround, and brought it out today to install. In September 2022, we replaced our 24 year old Amana Hi-efficiency Gas Hot-Air Furnace with a Lennox unit recommended by Lifetime. The new unit was fitted to our existing ducting, and work took about 6 hours to complete, test, and cleanup. Their knowledgeable crew did a great job. We just installed a ductless unit in a bonus room that received inadequate heating and cooling from our main unit. The Lifetime folks gave us a good price for installation of a Mitsubishi unit, and the team installed in less than one day. Very professional, efficient, and first rate customer service. Would definitely use them again.
My old house has oil heat which was extremely expensive so we had to make a switch. They worked with us to find an option that fit in our budget- a single high powered Mitsubishi heat pump, came out to under 12k tax included.
