I had a technician to come out it cost $250. Roughly around 2 1/2 weeks later, my fireplace STOPPED working. Called to let them know the situation, they wanted to charge me another $250 to have the technician come out and see what was the problem. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with their customer service‼‼‼ Mind you when the gentleman was here the first time he tried to sell me at $8000 fireplace.
