This was a location that was actually referred to me from another fireplace company because they couldn't come out in time; as I was putting my house on the market and needed a quick fix. The gentleman who provided the service was extremely nice and I enjoyed our conversation.. And they were able to get out in a timely fashion. I had a technician to come out it cost $250. Roughly around 2 1/2 weeks later, my fireplace STOPPED working. Called to let them know the situation, they wanted to charge me another $250 to have the technician come out and see what was the problem. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with their customer service‼‼‼ Mind you when the gentleman was here the first time he tried to sell me at $8000 fireplace.
