It seems their "technicians" need to go to school a little more. Poor customer service, poor diagnosticians. Everyone needs to avoid this company at all costs because it will cost YOU in the long run.

If I could leave -10 stars for this company, I would! Such terrible customer service don't ever ever use them! I paid them to install a brand new furnace four years ago. My furnace is still under warranty and the thermostat quit working. I have done business with him in the past, and I've always paid them. This time they came out to change the thermostat and yes, it was under warranty but their service men took hours and hours because they kept using subpar or faulty thermostats to reinstall. They finally installed one after... read more

I've used Lifetime Heating for small jobs over the years. They do good work. But had an issue with a recent experience regarding a larger job. Had asked if they'd do a free diagnostic check for an old AC that was no longer cooling. The previous year I had it serviced and ended up paying multiple diagnostic fees for no fix. I had confused the work with them, but regardless they had agreed to waive diagnostic and suggest what to do with the system. I was happy with that and interested in using them for doing work based on wh... read more

Worst nightmare!! Lifetime refused to honor the 2 year warranty. I informed Lifetime Heating & Cooling about the AC problem in December 2023 while it was under warranty, Lifetime did not send out a technician to check on the AC. Instead Lifetime wanted me to pay them a maintenance fee to maintain the AC in the winter. Lifetime had forgot to schedule for the inspection when they first installed the two AC units in May 2022 until I reported the AC problem to Lifetime in December 2023. Lifetime is charging me $190.40 for the di... read more

Although Lifetime Heating is a friendly and somewhat professional, I did not use them for 2 very important reasons. 1. The quote for a replacement water heater was inflated by $300 over (eventual) competing quotes. They did offer 5% off the bid when I questioned it, but to haggle? 2. It took too long for them to get my job scheduled. First call Wed morning and they didn't come out as promised in time frame the next day with no communication. Come Friday evening after negotiating the 5% off the "schedulers" were gone for t... read more

Buyer beware - get a second opinion before taking Lifetime's advice, especially if they tell you your furnace needs replacing. I am getting ready to put my house on the market and my home inspection revealed that my furnace was blowing carbon monoxide through my heating vents. After calling around to various companies who couldn't come out for weeks. I was referred to Lifetime and they were able to send a technician within a couple days. Brandon showed up and was perfectly nice, wore a mask and shoe covers in my home. He dia... read more

This was a location that was actually referred to me from another fireplace company because they couldn't come out in time; as I was putting my house on the market and needed a quick fix. The gentleman who provided the service was extremely nice and I enjoyed our conversation.. And they were able to get out in a timely fashion. Apparently one of my fireplaces needed to be completely replaced; as he said it was cracked and no longer safe to operate. The quote I got was roughly $9,000 for the base model.. That was a little bit... read more

I had a technician to come out it cost $250. Roughly around 2 1/2 weeks later, my fireplace STOPPED working. Called to let them know the situation, they wanted to charge me another $250 to have the technician come out and see what was the problem. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with their customer service‼‼‼ Mind you when the gentleman was here the first time he tried to sell me at $8000 fireplace. I moved into my condo one year ago, so basically, I have a starter model that is abeyance only. I absolutely love the firepla... read more
