We determined a water issue next to our AC and was able to get a same-day appointment with Lifetime. Anthony, the technician, was extremely detailed and thorough with his inspection, diagnosis of the AC problem and further maintenance checks on the AC, water heater and furnace. He took the time to educate and respond to all of my many questions so that I understood the root cause and actions taken. I trusted Anthony's expertise and we're happy with choosing Lifetime.

We have never done duct work earlier. However, Lifetime made the whole process so easy. Reasonable estimates with regular follow-ups on scheduling, extremely prompt responses and above all, amazing work. Amidst supply chain headaches, a history-making snowstorm, and our own holiday travel, the Lifetime team took the time, care, and attention to replace our dead furnace within the timeframe they promised. Had an inspection late last year for my gas fireplace and discovered that my home's previous owner never had inspections done on the fireplace and that it caused a crack to form in the housing. After an estimate with another company, my husband set up an appointment for us with Lifetime Heating and Air Conditioning. Our tech Brandon was timely and friendly. He wore a mask and booties when he was inside our house and explained the issues with our heat pump and mismatched furnace to me clearly and he answered my questions patiently. They showed up as scheduled and completed the job going above and beyond to make the system work perfect and look good.
