Let mesay at the outset that before deciding on this company to complete the work, I contacted approximately 16 of the references that they provided to me. The references I spoke with were uniformly pleased with the work that the company completed. It pains me when we get a bad report on Angie's List as I do indeed take pride in being a "different" kind of remodeling contractor. I have met with the customer and I understand her frustrations however by the time I met with her it was at a point in time that any additional painting wouldn't have made any sense as the weather had turned for the worst. I will not be hiring or recommending this company for any services in the future. I can't believe they trespassed onto my property and literally jumped my fence. I'm disappointed in them and frustrated by this terrible experience.

Gino and his team did a fantastic job with our exterior remodel. We spent a lot of money, but we feel it was well worth it. Now it's like we're coming home to a new house! The crew carefully removed our asbestos/cement shingle siding, using the proper precautions to contain the asbestos and lead paint and dispose of the hazardous materials. Before I start, please know this review is tailored towards the consumer, and not at all a knock against the company, as the process never got beyond the first phone conversation. When he told me that I asked him if price was going to be at least 50% of his decision and he said yes. I was expecting something exceptional, having read the stellar reviews on Angie's List. Instead I found the owner seemed uninterested in the job, negative about our property, and overpriced. He bid $7200 to paint our 1200 square foot house, and made disparaging comments about the condition of the wood, which whether true or not seemed unprofessional. I find it interesting that someone can write a horrible report about a company when no work was done for that homeowner. This homeowner has a home built in 1928 with several coats of peeling lead paint. As a certified lead remediation company we have to remove all the lead paint. Our men have to be suited and in respirators, the ground has to be covered and all lead paint flakes have to be removed. I found this company not that easy to get a bid. I was told they were busy and could only consider a bid if more than one window was to be replaced. And, I was told they only would review the work required if my wife was there. My wife thought that was odd and was concerned of her safety. We finally agreed to meet on a Saturday. The demo of a double hung window was very difficult to open and close but the salesman said he really liked it. We didn't and made it clear that it was unacceptable.
