Excellent experience! The Alside window product is well-built and solid and operate well. The lead man, Jason, and his helper, Artie, were very efficient and neat (often replacing up to 5 windows per day even in the inclement and rainy late December early January weather we were having). The crews were prompt and well-scheduled and Ralph and Gino checked regularly on the progress of the job. Appreciated the business-like and structured approach to my whole project.
This company was extrodinary! I looked over many of their jobs (references) and found their work to be TOP NOTCH! Their attention to minute details was really appreciated. The "seamless" siding looked much better than other types. The house siding (color yellow), windows, and doors look wonderful! The new windows/doors have made the home amazingly energy efficient. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO FIND HIM. I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER SIDING COMPANY WHO WAS DESTROYING MY HOUSE. I THANK THE LORD I FOUND RALPH. HE MADE MY HOME BEAUTIFUL! HE EVEN TOSSED IN A BEAUTIFUL FRONT DOOR. HE HAS COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE REPAIRS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. HE DOES IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND TRUST HIM 100%!

The owner of the company promised me he would be contract manager and be personally involved but he only showed up when payment was due. I still have lead paint exposed on my porch ceiling six months later. There were chunks out of my walls that were patched but needed to be painted. The concrete patio in my backyard was ruined from the ice- melter that was used by the workers during last December.

If you, like us, have had nightmarishly bad remodeling/home repair experiences, you will be extremely happy with Lifetime Remodeling Systems doing the work for you. Many years ago, way before Angie's List or probably before Angie was even born, we had a new roof put on our previous home by a national home store, and the whole mess was so horrible that it made us very wary of having anyone come in and do work for us again. They turned us down to even provide a quote, solely based on the fact that we were looking to reside our rental house. No other questions were asked. When I asked why they said based on "other" experience they don't give quotes on rental homes since we are just looking for the cheapest product, and they do not fit well on those projects. They did not not even ask what our intention was for the home prior to making the decision to turn the bid down, which is for a long term, quality product that fits well in our neighborhood.... read more

I told him that I really didn't feel like we would be a good fit for what he wanted and that our policy after years of experience was that we didn't give free estimates on rental properties. I called a few weeks before to set up the appointment for the estimate. A week later I called again just to let them know the exact square footage of the siding job. I didn't want to waste their time if the job was smaller than what they were willing to do. The receptionist took my message. Unfortunately we sometimes make mistakes and it appears that we did not live up to our high standards with this client. Due to extremely heavy demand we are only taking on larger projects at this time and this project didn't fit that criteria so we chose not to provide a quote.
