Lifetime Remodeling replaced our siding as well as the windows. The siding went perfectly, but we had a few problems concerning the windows. NOTHING to do with the installation, but rather with the factory itself. Ralph did the best he could to represent us and get the job done to our satisfaction.They are very nice now that they are installed.
Every person that we dealt with in this company is recommendable. The crew was easy to have around our home, and I actually miss them now that they are gone. My biggest request was that they try to save a 20 ft. wisteria that I have growing across the front of my house. Artie and Tony had to remove it and then replace it after the process, and they did it successfully! Very well. Ralph is very knowledgeable and helpful; the workers were very competent and pleasant to have around.
From start to finish this company was easy to work with. All the crews were very polite, professional and they cleaned up the site every evening before they left. LTR maintained the highest standards of quality throughout the entire project. Every question or concern was handled promptly and professionally. Ralph Streano promised us the best windows and kept his promise. We live on a very busy street and the house is very quiet now. We are amazed at the difference. The windows are beautiful. Overall, the company was a joy to work with. All crews were on time and worked very hard considering the extreme heat we had during that period. The teams were very courteous and listened to my ideas and worked with me as I did my own upgrades here and there. One crew did trample some plants, but the lead was quick to compensate us and provided a gift certificate, which was quite nice. From Geno's first visit to the last walk through after all the work was complete we were happy. The siding is a work of art. The work was well done. If you have ever tried to pick colors for your house you know how difficult it can be. Rodgers help with the choices was awesome and made the job complete and perfect. Three months later we are still happy and know we made the right choice.
