Ralph Streano was an excellent contractor to perform the work he did for me. I had some very scary experiences prior to hiring him. Got ripped off big time, No body espically the Oregon Contractor Board would deal with it. I'm very please to see a place like this where I could have gone to for help. I wish I would have know about this site sooner and would not have been ripped off. So, having said all that Ralph stands 200% behind his work. It was a very professional job and I never found a corner that was cut. The crew kept me up to date and the ownership called or visited frequently. The only area that I felt could have been better was in the daily cleanup. I would go with this company without hesitation if I ever had to do it again.
I previously submitted a report stating my dissatisfaction at not having received a return telephone call to obtain a quote for replacement windows. I have subsequently received two phone calls from the company informing me that their receptionist had written an incorrect phone number for me. Since my phone number is unlisted it took them awhile to track me down and explain the problem. I am satisfied that they made a mistake and were not purposely unresponsive to my call. I appreciated receiving the explanatory phone calls.
All of the crew were very prompt, efficient, and very friendly. They always cleaned up after themselves and answered all of my questions. Their workmanship was very high quality. They used the best paint and materials that are available on the market. I was very pleased with the results.
The LRS team is great to work with. Ralph is the father and visits us anytime we have questions about the project or changes to the order. We liked their work so much that we continued to add to the order. Gino, his son, is our project manager and runs a tight ship. We think we have their best team - the carpenters are true craftsmen. This company was the best company to work with. They were on time to do the work, very knowledgeable and friendly. Very positive! Ralph and Gino were a joy to work with. Ricardo the siding lead man on the crew was very knowledgeable and a true craftsman in his trade. The crew was always punctual and completed the work within the scheduled time even with the inclement weather we had in late December early January. The materials were staged properly and protected from the weather and always available when the crew needed them.
