There is no chance in discoloration to my face as I was promised. The laser and treatments are not stopping acne as I was promised. This was a total waste of my time and money.

The staff was always so supportive (part) There were so many turnovers. Suddenly when I knew I was on the books and so did my technician . However when I showed up my appointment wasn’t there. I will contact at a more convenient time!

I have been doing everything they said. I have two more sessions to go but still have not seen much improvement—1”. I actually GAINED an inch in one area. Not happy.
The staff were super nice when I went. The problem was that they were not well trained enough to use the laser hair removal equipment. I have had this done many times over the years with permanent results. I was doing the bikini area finally. I knew at the first tx that the young lady knew very little from the questions I asked her. I also could tell over the next two weeks that there was zero effect from the tx. When I called the office to complain and see what could be resolved, the staff person hung up on me.
