I am so pissed off and upset with this vet! They gave my puppy the WRONG VACCINATION! Obviously they don't read the files properly, the staff is very scattered and have no idea whats going on! I will never go back and risk the health of my dogs!
I will never take a pet there again. We live within one block and over the last 10 years, we've had 3 pet emergencies and each time, they couldn't fit us in with 1-2 hours before they close. The staff as been rude and unprofessional; just the right thing you need when you family pet is dying and in pain.

I have finally had the strength to write a review of what happened to my family when I requested the hospital to euthanize our family rabbit. The Vet in charge accused me of neglecting our bunny of 6 weeks for months and months. I explained to her that the bunny was very young and her reaction was as if I were lying. What nerve!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had our bunny looked at 4 days prior by another Vet who administered medication, the meds did not help her. I was pleased the first few times I brought my Boston Terrier here, but on the most recent visits I have found the vets to be rude, inaccurate, and insensitive to my dog's needs. The first instance occurred when I was turned down by a pet insurance company because they had a problem with the health record of my perfectly healthy puppy. The insurance company told me that the vet records showed she had eye, teeth, and stomach issues, along with a respiratory problem - none of which had ever been mentioned to me by the vet. ... read more
My girlfriend and I took both our dogs in for a routine neutering, and to summarize why the 1 star rating: 1. Surgeon, who hopefully no longer is allowed to operate, made bad judgements and cut into more than she expected. 2. Dog spent more than a week at a specialist in touch and go situation, very sad and stressful for us. 3. Now puppy has urinary leakage when he sleeps and has frequent urination problems for LIFE. I've been taking my animals to Linda Mar Vet for the last 12 plus years. Since I'm a "native" Pacifican, it's convenient. However, my last experience needed to be "yelped" about. I agree with the other review that the vets there are very good (Dr. Cucaro is very competent and compassionate), there's a lot to be said about the lack of compassion I've experienced by those in the front office.
