This is not my regular vet so I can't say much about them. However, I have called this place twice for an emergency (my vet was closed) and they shut me down both times! They said they were just too busy. REALLY???? You are still open for another 2 hours and you don't have time to see my dog??? I had to drive him all the way to San Mateo when I live 2 minutes from this vet! I will NEVER take my dog here.

This is a place concerned with volume not quality. We will never take a pet there again as you will never see the same vet twice and since so many of their vets are relief vets you are very unlikely to get a quality diagnosis and treatment. Went in to have my dog looked at as he was panting heavily, vomiting and diarrhea. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis. We were sent home told to feed him rice and chicken. It has been over a year now and I finally can write this review without getting emotional about the lost of my dogs. I had been taking my two large breed dogs to Linda Mar Vet since they were puppies and could not believe how coldly the receptionist on the phone acted last year when I called to inquire about having them euthanized. My parents have been taking their dog there and he was given the wrong shots for boarding. He has been having a terrible cough ever since then. I finally decided to post this having read Chelsea's review.

I am so pissed off and upset with this vet! They gave my puppy the WRONG VACCINATION! Obviously they don't read the files properly, the staff is very scattered and have no idea whats going on! I will never go back and risk the health of my dogs!

I will never take a pet there again. We live within one block and over the last 10 years, we've had 3 pet emergencies and each time, they couldn't fit us in with 1-2 hours before they close. The staff as been rude and unprofessional; just the right thing you need when you family pet is dying and in pain.

my bf and i picked this place because it's close to our house. we usually take our kids (dogs) to sausalito because we love love love the vet and the vet tech there. but since gas prices kept jumping higher and higher, we had to find a place closer. i found linda mar through online search. i like the fact that they're open 7 days a week and closed in later hours. everything seems to be good. our first visit to Linda Mar Vet was quite pleasant. we had my puppy spayed along with her nails trimmed. our trip back to pic... read more

I have finally had the strength to write a review of what happened to my family when I requested the hospital to euthanize our family rabbit. The Vet in charge accused me of neglecting our bunny of 6 weeks for months and months. I explained to her that the bunny was very young and her reaction was as if I were lying. What nerve!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had our bunny looked at 4 days prior by another Vet who administered medication, the meds did not help her. I was pleased the first few times I brought my Boston Terrier here, but on the most recent visits I have found the vets to be rude, inaccurate, and insensitive to my dog's needs. The first instance occurred when I was turned down by a pet insurance company because they had a problem with the health record of my perfectly healthy puppy. The insurance company told me that the vet records showed she had eye, teeth, and stomach issues, along with a respiratory problem - none of which had ever been mentioned to me by the vet. ... read more
