I called her office numerous times! Be cause I was waiting for 30 minutes in the virtual waiting room! So an assistant of dr. Jacobi, answered she sent a message to her office. The Dr. Gferer, NP, called she said that,ā She didnt feel like she needed to talk with me again about my up coming Surgery with her. I stated there could have been a call to say she cancelled the app. The NP said she could answer any questions I had! In turn! I still need to talk to her! Bc this is a life changing surgery with her!Ā
My visit went well, I felt so much better when I left, thank youĀ

Dr. Lisa went over my condition and the possible fixes/treatments in great detail. It was a very positive experience as she was very optimistic. She was very open to listening to my concerns.Ā
