This was our first experience with Lithia Nissan. The first person we met was the General Manager of all people, Tom Diefendorf. We were driving slowly, looking at all the cars and Tom walked up to my daughter’s window and introduced himself. My wife and I just bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Todd Herriott. He was great, Not pushy answered all my questions and was very professional but friendly. He was relaxed as I drove and answered our questions or concerns. I chose the car I wanted and he and the rest of the team we worked with made it a fun experience. Bought two cars from Lithia Nissan. Good company to deal with. Went there yesterday to charge my Leaf and one of their chargers is still down. It's been down for at least 6 months that I know of.
