I had concerns about my house build until the walk around with my Lone Star inspector. He was very knowledgeable about what to look for (I had watched many utube videos) and pointed out things that needed to be addressed but also things the builder's were doing that made this house a good buy. My inspector was so nice and listened when I voiced my concerns and showed me the items that he wanted to be addressed. Also he gave me helpful tips on my dryer vent and AC drip line. He explained minor fixes as well as areas that need attention. It was informative as well as friendly. Report was forwarded to us in a timely manner. Arrived really close to the set appointment time and I knew in advance that my appointment time was an estimated time. Really nice and friendly.We walked the inside of the house and he showed me things that he was going to make notes and pictures of things that needed to be taken care of in advance of sheetrock being put up.
