RecommendedWe used to have Republic service our residential garbage needs, however, they became inefficient and was frustrating to work with so we "went local" and started with Modern Waste Systems this spring. Great decision! MWS gave us great service, fair pricing and happy people to talk to in customer service for any special needs. I will continue with Modern and invite others to join as well! Poor Customer Service over priced They randomly overcharged us by $27 and refused to remove it. Not impressed all!
Called today because normally my garbage is picked up by 730 am at the latest. the lady I spoke to was SO RUDE. I was caught off guard by how irritated she sounded that I had called. I got off the phone and called Emmons. Customer service is important and based on previous reviews, looks like im not the only one who thinks theirs is terrible. ps. I was a 3 year customer.
I have a smaller can and it’s always thrown into my yard, after being emptied or it’s completely upside down. I understand it’s just a trash can but it’s someone’s yard. I many times have trash in the yard from the way it’s thrown into the yard or placed upside down. I have a back injury and I have to go out and flip my can back over or pick it up out of my yard. I really wish there were more choices out here.
Use to have AMAZING SERVICE.....lately the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I wish there more choices around where I live. I have been with then for years its a shame. Customer Service in the office leaves alot to be desired they are even worst that the trash service lately.
RecommendedI like Modern Waste and do recommend them- they've been the best for many year compared to others. However, somebody needs to talk to whoever answered my huffy phone call a little while ago. Had a friend help get some recliners to my garage. Scheduled a pick up for today. Took 3 trips to get them to the street 1/4 mile away. Got it done and thrilled they'd be gone finally. Go to pull the trash can back after working the fields all day and the chairs are still there.
