Hit or miss with these Folks. Crew that comes around 10 ish is decent, crew at 7 Am not so
PLEASE READ, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Argumentative owner would not stop interrupting me over the phone. First, their truck broke down and they did not make arrangements to pick it up even after guaranteeing us every day we called. So today, 7/22/2017, was designated 'Citywide Cleanup". Modern Waste is the contracted disposal company for the town. Rules are/were to have trash at the curb by 7:00 a.m. today. Mine was out by 7:00 p.m. 7/21/2017. Well it is now 4:55 p.m. 7/22 and still my stuff sits at the roadside waiting to be picked up. I even made extra effort to put plastic down AND to cover the cardboard boxes with plastic because the forecast for last night into this morning was heavy rain. I have been trying to call, but your line has been busy for hours.
Worst customer service ever and i dont even know who to complain about because she wouldn't give me a name. I was hung up on 4 times just trying to get my bill figured out. Sorry for having a bad day and being frustrated but hanging up on your customers isn't going to help anything.
Today after pick up I came home to broken glass and still a nearly full bin NOT doing great in Manchester .
They miss pick up every other week, when I call to complain on fridays, they claim to have till the end of the day, then I have to wait till monday to complain again, meanwhile the animals are tearing apart the trash. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!
DO NOT hire this company if you have a problem they are rude to you, for example they didnt pick up my trash for two weeks, so I call every day and they say everyday someone will be out to pick it up and its a week later and still no one has been out to pick up the trash, for a locally owned buisness you'd think they would try to retain customers but apparently not and by the time I did get to speak with a manager he was rude and then shutoff their phone lines
