absolutely the worst customer service when they blatantly lie to you over the phone about their drivers that do whatever route they want even if it means skipping you on their busy day 2 weeks in a row... even the manager Bill lied and said the driver would return at end of his route the second week they diddnt stop... was a customer for 8 years and i never will be again.
Really wish they would put the bin back where they found them! I put my bin on the side of my driveway. Every single time it’s smack dab in the middle of the driveway or in the actual road itself. Not everyone has the chance to get out there super early and bring their bin back up. Have respect for your customer as they may have small children or possibly even someone disabled
Thank you so much for emptying our 1 can and leaving the other three heaping full. The 1 can that was emptied was thrown across my yard upside down. Can you please come back and get the rest. I just had my sons 3 year olds birthday party and my cans are still full?! Not sure why you would empty one and leave the rest?!?

I have had several problems the last 2 months. Yesterday marks the 5th time my trash has not been picked up. I now have 2 weeks with of trash sitting up by the road. They told me last Tuesday that this week my trash would for sure be picked up. They claim their driver marked picked up on his sheet the last 3 times he has missed it. Im not sure if its a new driver problem or the guy is just lazy 🤷♀️. I have already made arrangements for a new trash service. I to have had this service for almost 25 yrs and things have definitely gone sideways. not sure what is going on but getting skipped and leaving trash behind is not acceptable.
Nearly 25 years of service, they skipped me today and when I called I was told the drivers said they got your house and you'll have to wait till next week. I called early enough for them to get it taken care of since they were still open for another hour and half. Called back to see how long I'm paid up till so it appears I'll have new service on April 1st.
Bad service. The new billing system is not accurate, so if you don’t remember to check you will miss a payment. Missed a payment so no pickup, but neither did anyone else on my road.....according to the nasty person I spoke to maybe all of us missed a payment. Highly unlikely. So I made the payment as shown on Trash billing, now I am paid until June.....whatever. I will be checking out a new trash collection service, this one is not reliable. Watch your billing carefully....
I closed an account in February. You continued to bill me and then sent the unpaid bill to collections. If you had called me months ago, this all could have been avoided.
