Every week I put our garbage can on the side of my driveway WITHOUT my mailbox and the after they dump my garbage they put the garbage bin directly in front of my mailbox.... my mail does not get delivered on these days.... I've called and complained but that doesn't help... I'm about to switch garbage services
Our can was never returned from getting dumped on Friday. We call there today and was told to walk around my neighborhood to find it. Then was rudely told that I can't get a new one until Friday. I have been with them for 18 years. Never had an issue until now. I am calling around tomorrow to get different service from a company that actually cares about their customers.
Pickup was Tuesday didn't happen. Called Tuesday and they said it would be picked up Wednesday. No show Wednesday so called again. Said it would be Picked up Thursday. No show again. Called again and talked to a manager. He said it will definitely be picked up Friday. Guess what, it's Friday and garbage is still at the curb! Monday phone call should be fun!
picks up trash when they feel like it. will take your dumpster (even though you have paid them) and then return it to you full of trash.
Signed up with Modern after they took over for Republic in Jonesville. Were told we would receive our first bill by end of March. Never received a bill. Thought maybe they were inundated with the change over and it will come since garbage and recycling service was still being done. Then just the recycling pick-up stopped two pick-ups ago. horrible customer service, rude office staff, called a liar by the owner Phil, then was laughed at and hung up on, all because I called to voice a concern and ask a question. What great qualities in a business owner, disrespectful, crude and crass.

I have had my trash can since around November. I am in a two story apartment downtown Morenci Mi. When ordering the trash can they told me it would be fine having a full trashcan instead of just throwing the bags on the ground ( I have more then 2 bags of trash a week). Almost every week I have to call to ask why my trash isn't being taken care of. What can I do? I subscribed to this company for my rental property. I paid 3 months in advance. 3 out of 4 weeks the trash has not been picked up. I call the following morning. I am assured it will be picked up . Nope, not picked up again. The office is closed until Monday. The person I spoke with even brought up my house on google, as she states "I know they are picking up someones on that street". I think it is time to contact Mr. Duckham.
