Disrespectful service constantly picking up our neighbors trash then completely ignoring ours or damaging it. Terrible service, horrible mistake for my city to award a contract to these people. Echoing other comments about the quality you get from the lowest bidder.
I would absolutely NOT recommend them. Just trying to get the cans delivered and they have missed 4 delivery attempts. The only thing they are willing to do is give their reputable company song and dance. What a joke. Every time they miss and you call they just tell you next delivery. Now I have to call the village office when they open and see if there is a responsive garbage disposal company I can use.
Very rude customer service. Failure to provide their services. Lied to about my bins being delivered. Every time I call I’m put on hold for them to speak to someone in charge but no one will connect me with a supervisor. Can’t even get your service started and then rude to you once you call about it. Canceling services whenever someone will actually speak to me and be helpful.
