I have called in to Cust Service a min of 6 times over the past 3 weeks. I now have 3 extra garbage totes that need to be picked up. They have been at the end of my drive all week. Each time instead of pick up, I get another delivered! This is ridiculous, what do I need to do to get these picked up?
Our pick up date is on Thursdays in Wheaton and I called yesterday, Thursday, and informed them that the trash and recycle was not picked up. Checked today...no pick up. Called again and was told tomorrow, Saturday or maybe Monday. I told them if it is not picked up on Saturday, I would change to another company. No reason was given. This is ridiculous. And I too wonder why the trash and recycle go in the same truck. Why do I separate into separate bends? Just saying.

If we have a choice NO. When you call Customer Service you always have to wait minutes before you get responses. My request is simple - exchanging container size! Always delayed! We had the XL container when we moved in and wanted the smallest so we have it picked up weekly so I called for exchange - 4 weeks i bring out the container, 4 weeks they pick up small amount of garbage and only exchanged after 4th call, 4th week. This company is disrespectful to God and the black community. How can a company allow their Portable Toilet to be placed in front of a House of Worship? If it this was a white community this would have never happened. I don’t recommend this company.
I received a telephone call from one of our neighbors to inform me that that this company sat a Port-a-Potty in the doorway of our church. How disrespectful and degrading is this? To say you’ll move it is one thing, but to even actually place it there is another. This is the courteous professional service that this company provides
I just saw our driver toss a large black contractors bag I clearly marked "Recycling" in with the trash. Very disappointing.
Just change your customer service dept and listen to your customers.The company you brought might just be the you lose.
They missed our whole cul-de,-sac on Friday. We called, they told us all to leave it out and they would come back for it. Called again Saturday. They took our information and promised to call right back. Hear wr are, Sunday night and our bins are still out by the street. And ours has had used kitty litter in it since Thursday night. Should smell great by now.�
