I put some plastic garbage cans out with stickers to be taken away twice. Didn't get done. Called the office to have them come back and was told I get to pay $15 to have them come back and do it right. Or take them in again for next week. Really? What has happened to customer service?
Tired of calling my Alderman's office to get my cans picked up!!!
You were picking up trash at 5:30am outside my building this morning, truck #159. I'm at Damen and Wilson, completely residential. This is NOT the first time you have done this, and I'm issuing yet another complaint to the alderman, and following up with you again later this morning.
Some one has to put a stop to your truck and or driver making pick up at 3:30am. What ever happened to peace and quiet? Truck 112
