Me and my husband just moved in this past Monday . Our move in experience was great ! Special shout out to Sandra and Denali ! I looked at 11 apartment complexes before deciding to move to Lake Lucerne. Lake Lucerne proved to be the best choice based on money, amenities and space. I have had a great experience and absolutely love my 2 bedroom apartment. Sandra, the manager is very friendly and accommodating. I have had a couple of minor issues that Sandra took the time to help me resolve. Cleanliness is very important to me. The application process was super easy! Deziree is amazing!! Everyone in the office is super nice! These apartments isn't bug free but they have a pest control come in every Tuesday if you requested them to come. A Handful of times I have seen German roaches in my apartment in the beginning of my stay but now I see none because my apartment has been treated and stays consistently clean. The work orders do take a long turnaround time. My work orders take around a week to a month to be fixed and the AC reviews are true my AC ... read more
I have had a great experience so far I moved from Mississippi due to my job relocating to Lakeland FL. I didn't really like the area Lakeland because there is not a lot to do and I had plans to attend sporting events and enjoy Tampa nightlife. Rent was reasonable and the area is clean and safe. Hands down one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in! The office staff is very sociable and accommodating. Every morning I wake up and go down to get a free Frappuccino from the coffee machine and chat with the wonderful leasing staff Desire and Amanda. It's always quiet and peaceful at night times and the amenities unmatched, all while conserving a very affordable price range. This apartment complex is the most disgusting place i have ever lived. I moved in 3 months ago and have seen cockroaches almost everyday since. under my bed, on my dishes in the kitchen cabinets, under my couch, in the bathroom, everywhere. The apartment complex does not regularly spray their apartments, they do so only upon request. And when you request pest services, it's a 50 % chance that they will actually come and spray. Literally every time I call the office multiple times no one answers and when I go there's always someone there, like is it so hard to answer a call ?
After Changing the management team everything now is horrible they never respond to any maintenance request, I had to leave the apartment after 3 months of trying let the maintenance team to come to fix what happened on the top of the bathtubs(fungus, molds), my son has an issue with his skin My recommendation is to stay away of this complex
lucerne apts are a joke. they are renovating, ....but are allowing the migrant workers to live in the units, ( along with their wives and children, right beside tennants paying full prices.. the workers have taken over the complex, which is located in tbe heart of the ghetto, complete with prositutes .
