Ugh, I really wanted to like this place. Moving here from West Palm Beach, we did not have much experience which areas or apartments would be of our standards here in Brandon. A little smaller than the previous apartments I resided in when it comes to cabinet and pantry space and the early 2000's entertainment hole in the wall unit is not my thing, but overall the updates on the apartments are nice and everything else we overcame/overlooked. Worst complex ever!! For everyone that has family in the same state or city - I really hope you chose not to live here. You are only allowed 2 guest per adult that's on the lease if you ever wanna go to the pool or bbq which is Insane.

This is the worst apartment complex in Brandon. I lived there from 2016-2017. I was so HAPPY to move out at the end of my lease. The manager is so rude as well as the other staff members. The community looks nice from the outside, recently painted, nice landscape, but the apartments are in very BAD shape. Old carpet, dated appliances and old AC. My AC broke 4 time during my one year lease. The technician will come and add some fluids and it will work for few weeks before it breaks again. All apartments are infested with coc... read more

this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in Debbie the manager doesn't care about much air conditioning went out Thursday they put in a small portable unit still 78 degrees in bed room the rest of the apartment 85 degrees Debbie the so called manager said it would be Tuesday before they could do anything god my blood pressure is very high this should be against the law

I rented here from 2013-2015. When I first moved in, the leasing agents and managers were very friendly and receptive to any complaints or concerns. I would stop into the office to get packages and they would know me by name. However, overtime, the staff began to change. The new leasing agents were consistently rude and seemed annoyed at any questions I might have. Why you should not rent here: 1. We paid $100 to have an apartment held for us. No apartment was held and we waited an additional 3 1/2 weeks past the scheduled move in date for an apartment and still did not get the apartment we wanted. Instead we got dumb looks and no acknowledgement of the $100 holding fee, aka joke on customer fee. 2.
