Hands down one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in! The office staff is very sociable and accommodating. Every morning I wake up and go down to get a free Frappuccino from the coffee machine and chat with the wonderful leasing staff Desire and Amanda. It's always quiet and peaceful at night times and the amenities unmatched, all while conserving a very affordable price range. This apartment complex is the most disgusting place i have ever lived. I moved in 3 months ago and have seen cockroaches almost everyday since. under my bed, on my dishes in the kitchen cabinets, under my couch, in the bathroom, everywhere. The apartment complex does not regularly spray their apartments, they do so only upon request. And when you request pest services, it's a 50 % chance that they will actually come and spray. After Changing the management team everything now is horrible they never respond to any maintenance request, I had to leave the apartment after 3 months of trying let the maintenance team to come to fix what happened on the top of the bathtubs(fungus, molds), my son has an issue with his skin My recommendation is to stay away of this complex

lucerne apts are a joke. they are renovating, ....but are allowing the migrant workers to live in the units, ( along with their wives and children, right beside tennants paying full prices.. the workers have taken over the complex, which is located in tbe heart of the ghetto, complete with prositutes .

If you can rent anywhere else do it. The apartments are pretty but the people here and management is FUCKING TERRIBLE. First off the complex DOES NOT provide enough parking. It's a fight every single night to get a parking spot & not only have they let this problem escalate for months they've been allowing tow trucks to come in and take RESIDENTS cars who are forced to park curb side. Imagine paying $2,000.00 in rent just to be told to buy a garage for $100 extra or "just park by the office & walk"... when your apartment ... read more

Tom You closed the maintanace ticket BEFORE U COMPLETED THE WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only at Lucerne is this what the maintenance staff considers a job well done!

My son moved in 2 weeks ago and the apt was not Cleaned prior to move in. It smells like urine in the bathroom. I have bleached and cleaned the toilet multiple times , still smells like urine. The washing machine sounds like it's going to explode and takes multiple washings of a small load of clothes to somewhat get clean. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes At All. The thermostat control is broken the heat will stay on 95. The management sent the cleaning person back to clean , she stole my Scentsy bars . My son gave ... read more

This place had a lot of potential to become our home but unfortunately they dropped the ball. You need to book an appointment before you go in to the leasing office but that's impossible because they do not answer the phone, they don't return calls, nor do they answer emails. After finally getting through we were able to see an apartment unit and we fell in love with it.
