Ordered mattress online and received within less than a week. Very good communication with delivery and updates!
I took a risk and ordered this online without being able to actually try it. I liked everything that I read about it so I chose the firm model. We needed a full size bed mattress. I've only had this for one day but my wife and I love it. It is excellent! It's the perfect amount of firm and just super comfortable whether you lay on your side or on your back. The only thing I have not tried is laying on my stomach. It looks like it's really well made and hopefully will last for many years.
We bought this a month ago after visiting your chantilly store to test it but disappointed there was no demo so we went to Macy’s and tested the equivalent Sealy firm model. De died that was good and firm. BUT The Sealy delivered to me was NOT At all FIRM and worse than our old mattress picked up. We got no means to return this and just have to accept a big loss! I felt so ‘cheated’ and Violated by Costco after being a member since 3/1988.
For a firm mattress , this is too soft ! I would like to have it returned , I have to to investigate as to how to go about it . Would appreciate any guidance . Thank you .
Product was way too firm. Gave it a week, but no change. Went with a Novaform that has been a lot better.
I ordered the plush and it feels like a medium firm. I was expecting a softer mattress. I am disappointed in the description
No good
The mattress started out fine for the first few weeks, but now it feels like in the areas where we sleep there is an indentation. I've been waking up with lower back pain again, which is why I bought a new mattress in the first place. I'm not sure it's doing what it is suppose to be doing.
