I bought the firm mattress and it was not firm at all. After a week, I was sinking in where I lay down at night. For $1,000, it was very poor quality.
After purchasing a similar mattress from Costco many years ago, I expected this one to be of comparable quality and comfort. It wasn't. This mattress is so uncomfortable, it actually resulted in bruising. I returned it immediately, and I am grateful for Costco's easy return policy.
I purchased this mattress in King size based on Costco’s listed dimensions of 76 x 80 inches. However, after receiving the mattress, I noticed that it was slightly smaller than my bed frame. I checked the label attached to the mattress and found that it actually states 76 x 79 inches, which is one inch shorter than the dimensions advertised by Costco. I bought my mattress almost 10 days ago , I don’t feel comfortable with it .Still I am trying it , it is sinking which makes me uncomfortable . Could be I will return it after trying it for another week !

It’s already leaving body indentations
I bought from costco because the make it very clear the haul away the old mattress but the delivery guys said they can’t take it. Why claim this service if you can’t fulfill your promise. I am returning it tomorrow

Lasted about 9 months with two <200# sleepers before both sides became uncomfortable and the middle has a small island of comfort. Would not have purchased if I knew it would be in a dumpster in a year

I bought this mattress in plush back in January of 2026 and kept it for about six months. At the beginning, it felt fine but over time I realized that plush is too soft for my body as my back would hurt with how much the mattress would sink overnight. While some leeway is nice for us side sleepers, this one sinks a little too much around the hip area which leads to lower back pain. Even sleeping on my back would cause some kind of discomfort.
