I ordered a plush bed and my bed is hard as rocks! I toss and turn all night long. I wake up in pain. There is no way this is a plush bed!!!!
They sent an used mattress.

Not happy with the mattress it is new and it sags
Mattress is not as expected. I was expecting a firm mattress it feels more like a medium mattress. My back hurts consistently still
I ordered a FIRM mattress. I believe this one may have been mis-tagged as firm, but it is very soft. The sides are very soft and it's difficult to move around on it once I lay down because I sink into the mattress. I had to lift the head of the mattress because it was sinking at the top and I felt like I was laying upside down. Sealy does have this mattress in Extra Firm, but Costco does not sell the Extra Firm. Mattress is okay for the cost. Delivery and follow-up were the worst. Delivery crew asked for tip and refused to take away the old mattress otherwise. I noted this in my review and was contacted by Costco to find out what happened. I was told she'd speak to her manager and get back to me next day but never did. That certainly made a very bad experience into a worse one.

Bought queen plush. Light weight side sleeper. Woke up with painfully sore back and shoulders nights 1, 2, and 3. Returning ASAP.

The firmness is similar to a foam bed. To me specifically it is not firm enough and had to return. The same day within minutes. Good thing it was still sealed and return was easy.

I've had this mattress for 3 weeks and wake up with back pain that persists all day! Huge dent in the middle of the mattress! Need to return! Also delivery people damaged my wall and I had to pay to have it fixed!
