Ive been sleeping on this mattress now for only 2 weeks so my review is more of a first impression. I did have to let the mattress air out for several days before sleeping on it since it was shipping in a plastic wrap and had a chemical smell when unwrapped. Not a real strong smell to be sure, but not something that I wanted my head against all night. The mattress is comfortable enough and doesnt move about when I do. I purchased the firm version of this mattress, and its performance has been excellent. Since switching to it, I have experienced no hip, shoulder, or back pain. Both the pressure relief and edge support are very good, delivering a relatively comfortable sleep experience except not enough support in my upper back area, so I wake up with slight upper back discomfort and stiffness. Great mattress but the size is small by 1-2 inches n each side which makes my bed look ugly. I wonder why is the seller still selling this. I will send it back in a few weeks.

Not for heavy side sleepers! First I bought the medium firm - way too hard. So I returned it and tried the plush. The top plush layer flattens out where your sleeping. There isn't enough support in the "springs" section. The plush can also be hard. I'm sore every morning. I had the medium for a month and now I've had the plush for a month. I thought they might break-in but so far no.

Was not a very comfortable mattress, not being able to try the mattress before purchasing it made me skeptical initially and wish I would have been able to do so to better judge the firmness.

1 year to the day later already at 1 inch sag for a Firm mattress. Husband is 6 feet tall 230 pounds. My side is already at 3/4 inch sag at 150 pounds. Matress companies just don’t make them like they used to and I hate the memory foam layers!!!! I liked this mattress for the first 6 months-

We bought this mattress and refused to accept it upon delivery because the mattress arrived, still in it's package, with the mattress covered in mold from the manufacturer. Read other reviews and this seems to be a common occurrence. Costco refunded and we decided not to purchase another mattress of this brand because this came from the manufacturer in this condition.
