RecommendedThe receptionist was very pleasant. Andrew was in the area, called to ask if he could come by in 10-15 minutes. He wore a mask and put coverings on his shoes and was very pleasant. Hi fixed the problem fairly quickly and checked to see that all was working well.

They came out to service my furnace. The gentleman seemed quick and knowledgeable. I mentioned to the serviceman that my thermostat buttons were sticking. He had new ones with him and installed it during the service call. Luxury was recommended to me by a close neighbor and I would recommend them too.

Trained technicians provide excellent service. Thank you Matt for checking our furnace, completing repairs, and providing information about its likely life left (it's our original furnace - 20 years old). Luxury installed the original and has provided service during those years! We appreciate that the techs call when they are on their way, ask about problems and are very polite.

I used Luxury Heating to install a Mitsubishi MXZ hyper heat system in my parent's home. They had electric baseboard heat and no air conditioning. Paul worked with us to come up with a whole home solution to eliminate window AC units and baseboard heat. On day 1 of the install, 6 or 7 techs showed up to quickly get the install under way.
