We got several bids from roofing companies when we purchased our new home, which was a foreclosure in rough shape. Although, Lyons was a bit more expensive then some of the others we were pleased with their information and communication. Once the project started we new we chose the right roofer. unknown I had my entire roof replaced. They were great to work with and did an extremely professional job. They continually cleaned up and left my property looking perfect when they were done.

unknown The layered roof was completely torn off and foam roof was installed. I was impressed with the way they protected the property and the way they cleaned up at the end of each day. On the days they sprayed the foam they even covered up cars with plastic that were near by the house including the neighbors cars. The workers were courteous and professional

I contacted Lyons Roofing by telephone and received a prompt callback...very good! I received a second call requesting additional information with the assurance that I would receive a follow up call to schedule and inspection....still OK....but three phone call just to get an inspection??? Not very efficient for a company that is in business to make MONEY! The third phone call never came! I was originally impressed with Lyons based on the responses to their customers from Ann Pepper. unknown they checked our tile roof to see if it was leaking or our patio roof. They felt we needed to replace the whole half of the tile roof, although it was not leaking at this time but the potential was there due to underlayment situations and previous water stains on the wood, they felt if they only fixed the lower level it would be "like chasing after a leak upwards" after that. Our school of thought is that is always more cost effective to prevent a leak. If replacing the roof (or portions of the roof) is eminent why pay for both the replacement and the leak remediation. We contacted them about a year ago and they let us know we did not need to work on the roof then. I really appreciated their honesty. It was very easy to schedule the estimate and they showed up on time. They were great with the follow up and called back in a timely manner to set up the appointment for the job. I contacted the company for an estimate to re do the roof and repair the fascia.
