They did a excellent job. They repaired the flatroof on the main house and replaced the metalroof on the garage.

When they came out to do the estimate they told me that to get up on to my upper roof would be a minimum $350 service call. But he said that since my roof was less than 10 years old I would only need the 2 roof tiles replaced and not a full roof inspection. I mentioned that I was looking at an Angie's List Big Deal that would cover this small repair and that I would purchase that. Hmmm, my apologies for any misunderstandings. I also don't understand the second story charge, we have a standard fee schedule and the number of stories is not reflected in that fee schedule. There is a $350 minimum service charge, however, nothing to do with the building structure and is usually communicated to the customer before we even show up. We are the original owners of a 17-year old home. The patio roof had failed and some fascia had also failed. We were told that the original home builder had not properly done the patio roof, and in fact other builder-built patio roofs in the same subdivision by the same builder are all prematurely failing. The job took one day. Once the roofing materials were removed it was determined that two sheets of decking material need replacing, along with about 16 feet of fascia and some other small wood. unknown Had a big leak in the roof which not only flooded into the house, but also wrecked the upper edge of one of my windows. I have used Lyons before and, so called them again. They were out to my house that afternoon, found a giant hole in the curve of the roof where it joins another section. We were expecting a storm, so they tarped off the roof and fixed it the next morning before 10:00 am. I will only use Lyons from now on- great price, great service, extremely professional.

Lyons is a very customer-oriented company. I was very satisfied with their service. They were punctual, kept me informed as to what was going on, and did a splendid job on my roof. I would recommend them without any reservations. Tore off old foam roofandinstalled new foam properly. Replaced underlayment on a part of my tile roof. Replaced damaged tile.
