While others wanted to talk me into replacing the entire roof instead of doing the minor repairs I sought, Lyons immediately said I did not need to replace the entire roof and the repairs were very simple. The repairs were handled satisfactory on the first attempt. | |It was difficult to get messages through the home office and receive return phone calls, but they were all very professional and pleasant. I would use Lyons Roofing again.

The peace of mind provided by this along with the quality of materials and workmanship made this a good deal.
I'm sure Lyon Roofing does good work. They generally get good reviews.They are very professional. In some ways, too professional. What I mean by this is that they recite management rules and company jargon to try to get you to do work that may not need to be done. The salesman/roofer who came by was professional to the point of being slick. He told me there might be some storm damage on the roof from the 2010 hail storm, and suggested I might want to speak to my insurance agent to send an adjuster out. Lyons team is amazing. The workers are so polite and know what they are doing. Replacing an entire roof is stressful but these guys were great. Although they were not the cheapest bid, they have a reputation of being the best and they are in my opinion. Replaced roof

This experience could have been a nightmare but Lyons Roofing made it go as smoothly as it possibly could have gone. Dan came out to inspect and do the estimate. He explained everything in plain English and answered all of our questions. After all, this was a massive expense and we needed to understand everything that was included and the work to be done.
