Verified Renter We moved in about 10 days ago and this apartment as met and exceeded our expectations! The staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. We have met so many people already. Everyone is so friendly and has made us feel welcome. I highly recommend the place!

Verified Renter When I learned about Madison Park Apts., I felt like I'd found the place of my dreams. Even though, I hadn't yet been able to finish my move of all of my things, I felt I could be comfortable there. Initially the only complaint I had was, a loud neighbor. However, by the 8th month here, I found that the warning a previous neighbor gave me in the second month here that, there truly are rodent's running through the apartment.
