Verified Renter Madison Park Apartments is an attractive well maintained buildin in a very good location. The 1 bed and 2 bed apartments are available in several different floor plans, The building is within easy walking distance of stores, restaurants banks professional offices. Transportatioin to the Loop and other areas include several buslines and the Metra train. Finally it is a short walk to the lake.

Verified Renter I have been a resident at Madison Park apartments for a little over 4 yrs. I have not come across any issues with residents or staff. I like that any maintenance requests I’ve had, all have been completed in a timely manner.
