Verified Renter The staff is pleasant and professional, the janitorial staff does an excellent job cleaning. Madison Park is an older building with an aging resident population but for the most part the building is well maintained. Presently, the backdoor handles and the ramp’s guard railing need repair/replacement.

Verified Renter I love the idea of the apartment but the minor things that could’ve been fixed when I first moved in still haven’t been fixed and who’s to say the office still has that paper. I still have no light in my room I’ve been using a ring light this whole time renting this unit. Seems like a lot of things were half fixed just for someone to move in for the money. Verified Renter When we originally moved in during the spring the building was ideal, now it appears that they are under staffed. Everyday the laundry room is flooded & its 1-2 days to be fixed, the lobby needs to be repainted, the elevator walls are rarely cleaned, and the maintenance techs are providing mediocre services.

It's...Fine. The rent is right and they are nice-sized units. The units are also pretty soundproof, which is wonderful. Maintenance issues are fixed promptly and the property is well maintained. The park behind the building is perfect if you have dogs. I'm not sure why it says there is a gated yard (there isn't) and covered parking (there isn't any off-street parking). The other reviews are correct - there is a lot of noise from the street (you get used to it) and management is not responsive. They take a hands-off approach.... read more
Buyer Beware It’s a great location/good rent pricing but leaves a lot to be desired. I had several packages stolen and the response was basically it’s not their problem. So, if you don’t plan on getting deliveries, it’s perfect. If you do get deliveries, you have to watch like a hawk or they will get stolen. It is not a secured building at all.
