Hyde Park With a laundry room & fitness center located in the building this building already has more amenities than other buildings I've found in Hyde Park. All apartments also have central AC/heating and come equipped with hooded ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers. The management office also signs and holds any packages you have delivered. The only negative is perhaps the contract price for rental is raised with each year for no reason but simply because your renewing.
Nice apartment in the heart of Hyde Park Nice apartment complex, very near the University of Chicago, the staff has always been diligent and courteous with my inquiries. It is a quiet building in general, and I would say the only thing that I would have liked more would be in unit laundry and a deck for pool/BBQ
Madison Park: The happiest place to live Madison Park Apartments is a friendly building. Everyone I have encountered is so nice and very helpful. The management goes out of their way to be accommodating. My apartment has a view of the skyline and I have my own fireworks show every fourth of July and New Years. I have central air and control my heat. I have a dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of cabinets. Plenty of room and closet space.
