Verified Renter Madison Park Apartments is an attractive building with from the lobby to the various floor plans available. The location is great with easy access to public transportation, short walking distances to many stores and services. The areas around the building is attractive and great for walking.

Verified Renter Nice place to live in the Hyde Park Community, close to stores, shops , great transportation to downtown via bus, and Metra. Quiet, friendly tenants.
Very good building I really enjoy living at Madison Park. The staff is patient and very helpful, the lobby is beautiful and for a tiny space the fitness center is actually decent. It's also really easy to get downtown since it's walking distance to the 6, and actually during rush hour the bus picks up and drops off right outside the complex. The one drawback is they may price me out as they continue to raise the rent, but I have no complaints about the actual building.
Hyde Park With a laundry room & fitness center located in the building this building already has more amenities than other buildings I've found in Hyde Park. All apartments also have central AC/heating and come equipped with hooded ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers. The management office also signs and holds any packages you have delivered. The only negative is perhaps the contract price for rental is raised with each year for no reason but simply because your renewing.
Nice apartment in the heart of Hyde Park Nice apartment complex, very near the University of Chicago, the staff has always been diligent and courteous with my inquiries. It is a quiet building in general, and I would say the only thing that I would have liked more would be in unit laundry and a deck for pool/BBQ
Madison Park: The happiest place to live Madison Park Apartments is a friendly building. Everyone I have encountered is so nice and very helpful. The management goes out of their way to be accommodating. My apartment has a view of the skyline and I have my own fireworks show every fourth of July and New Years. I have central air and control my heat. I have a dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of cabinets. Plenty of room and closet space. Verified Renter The neighbors are generally friendly and helpful, which has been the best part of living here. Unfortunately, the laundry room is a constant source of frustration, it's rare that all machines are working at the same time and repairs are taking forever. Given the rent, in-unit washers and dryers would be a reasonable expectation. Management does not care Do not live here! 1. They throw out clothes from laundry room with no warning to residents 2. The corridors and units frequently have smoke coming in from other units. Despite many complaints the management has no real plan of action to fix this. 3. Packages regularly go missing and the management takes no responsibility , and management provides little to no support to help residents find missing packages. 4. Verified Renter It is completely unacceptable that my unit is currently without functional central air conditioning. While this major issue needs immediate resolution, I do want to note that the administration and maintenance teams are otherwise excellent and a pleasure to work with.
