First time trying Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. Liza did a fantastic job, finding my color match first try. The demi-permanent covers the roots perfectly and blends in with my previous color. The gloss made my hair super shiny. No wait time even though they were fully booked. All at a very reasonable price. Exactly what a busy New Yorker needs! No salon fuss. No cappuccino for waiting 1/2 hour. Just a great job done. I'll get my membership next time.

Colorists are friendly, professional, and thorough, as usual, but this shop is, once again, woefully understaffed. Three technicians and 9/10 chairs occupied. No one to wash hair separately, and with all the technology available in the app, no notification that the wait for service will be considerable. Amy, you need to check in on your managers and provide better support for your staff.

As a first-time client, I felt nervous; however, the results exceeded my expectations. Kim was wonderful! She obviously enjoys her work, as she was attentive, friendly & always singing! Plus, she did an absolutely masterful job of blending my greys, which I did not wish to cover. As a new client, I received a 20% discount. My only criticism is that the salon could be a little cleaner.

Kim my colorist, did the best job on coloring of my hair. Amazing color . Great personality. We laughed and talked about dogs. My hair color looks divine

Kim at Madison Reed on 3rd Ave/67h Stg., Manhattan is a wonderful colorist -- really knows her stuff. And she is a delight. I highly recommend her to any one who wants a really good colorist.

Chudney helped me yesterday! I was a walk-in. She sold me an at-home kit for a lighter shade of brown. They were all booked. I will go back to Chudney next month - after making an appointment! She is lovely!
