Kim my colorist, did the best job on coloring of my hair. Amazing color . Great personality. We laughed and talked about dogs. My hair color looks divine

Kim at Madison Reed on 3rd Ave/67h Stg., Manhattan is a wonderful colorist -- really knows her stuff. And she is a delight. I highly recommend her to any one who wants a really good colorist.

Chudney helped me yesterday! I was a walk-in. She sold me an at-home kit for a lighter shade of brown. They were all booked. I will go back to Chudney next month - after making an appointment! She is lovely!

E.V. Was my colorist and stylist today. He did a fantastic job! He was friendly, very careful and excellent with details. E.V. very carefully applied color and kept in good communication while I was waiting, to let me know next steps. He styled my hair perfectly as well! Madison Reed corporate needs to adjust the booking system to account for proper appt time slots and to avoid conflicts or overbooking staff. The colorists I've met at this location have been very kind and do listen to what you are looking for. They just need to be reminded that not all patrons know the lingo or proper color hues. It's the closest one to me and the best colorists I've met, but it just takes way too long - without a cut and blow dry - it's bothersome.
