As a first-time client, I felt nervous; however, the results exceeded my expectations. Kim was wonderful! She obviously enjoys her work, as she was attentive, friendly & always singing! Plus, she did an absolutely masterful job of blending my greys, which I did not wish to cover. As a new client, I received a 20% discount. My only criticism is that the salon could be a little cleaner.

Kim my colorist, did the best job on coloring of my hair. Amazing color . Great personality. We laughed and talked about dogs. My hair color looks divine

Kim at Madison Reed on 3rd Ave/67h Stg., Manhattan is a wonderful colorist -- really knows her stuff. And she is a delight. I highly recommend her to any one who wants a really good colorist.

Chudney helped me yesterday! I was a walk-in. She sold me an at-home kit for a lighter shade of brown. They were all booked. I will go back to Chudney next month - after making an appointment! She is lovely!

E.V. Was my colorist and stylist today. He did a fantastic job! He was friendly, very careful and excellent with details. E.V. very carefully applied color and kept in good communication while I was waiting, to let me know next steps. He styled my hair perfectly as well!
