This place is an unorganized disaster. I'm so sad this was my first experience with a Madison Reed color bar. My appointment was made for 2:15, I arrived a few minutes early to get checked in since it was my first time there. No one said anything when I walked in so I stood by the register for about 10 mins before a stylist finally said to just take a seat. 2:45 rolls around and no one has said anything to me so I attempted to ask the stylist that told me to check in. I asked for highlights I told her I don't want them to light. She frosted the ends as well and my hair came super light. I told her it was to light and she said it looks good it was my color etc. She know it was wrong I have been doing highlights for years so I know. She didn't do the back of my hair as I told her it came back darker it was a mess. If she didn't know how to do highlights she should have let me know.
