My hair colorist was friendly, and I appreciated that. At my online appt, I told them exactly what I wanted: Verona color on Roots and not to color the ends; they already knew they were too dark from my coloring. I was quoted $60 online for Roots. I told the girl when I arrived, please put me with someone who knew color. They charged me $ 117, for all over color, plus I tipped 20%, total $ 140. I had an appointment with Trina. She did a great job. She added highlights, got rid of the orange in my hair, and got rid of my greys. not easy to do! Will definitely go back.

The service is amazing. Every colorist is great but Trina is the best. Sweet, kind and listens to what her clients want. Walking out with beautiful hair speaks for itself. This is the best Madison Reed location in the Dallas area.
